Sponsorship Opportunities for Boys and Girls Club Ride

Do not miss the opportunity to sponsor the biggest motorcycle event in the area each year. This police escorted ride is highly anticipated and brings motorcyclists from all over Florida and elsewhere. This is an opportunity to gain exposure while doing something amazing for your community by giving underprivileged local children the chance to go to summer camp.
All funds raised will stay in St. Augustine to support the needs of the Boys & Girls Club members.  Sponsorship Opportunities are as follows:

In addition to sponsorship, we are also seeking donations of goods and services (also tax deductible) to give away as raffle prizes.

Sponsorship Tier 1 – $1,200.00 (1 Slot Available):  Includes 6 couple ride registrations and Top Name and Logo on event T Shirts as well as on any other promo materials.  Business may also display a banner at the flea market grounds which can be clearly seen on interstate 95.

Sponsorship Tier 2 – $300.00:  Includes 2 couple ride registrations and Logo/Name on event T Shirt and Promo Materials.

Sponsorship Tier 3 – $100.00:  Includes 1 couple ride registrations and Name on event T Shirt.

All Donations are tax deductible.  We are also seeking donations of goods/services or gift certificates to include in our raffle giveaways.  These donations will be considered an in kind donation and are also tax deductible.

The Club’s attendance has spiked thus creating additional demands; fundraising efforts are targeted to meet these needs. The BGC provides a safe haven where youth can benefit from trained mentors who help them take control of their lives, avoid risky behavior and provide the tools for a productive future.  Below are some additional stats worth noting:

  • 5000 households in a 5-mile radius of the Club live at or below the poverty level 
  • Median annual household income of members is $24,085.
  • 95% of our members have NOT entered the juvenile justice system (Northeast Florida)
  • 57% of Alumni say the Club saved my life.

Please make CHECKS PAYABLE TO The Boys and Girls Club and mail to: 555 West King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Please put Charity Ride in the Memo Field of your check and include completed donation form (attached).  Also, please let us know if you need additional tax deductible forms or receipts for your contributions.
